The Young, Gifted, and Black (YGB) Gospel Choir is a 1-credit ensemble at Grinnell College singing music primarily from the Southern Gospel tradition. It was founded in 1967 by six black students, and has since grown into a multiethnic group united around sharing a "joyful noise". The group performs a concert each semester, provides music for Black Church services, and tours in the spring.

The current director is Barry Jones, a database analyst and praise and worship director from Des Moines.
